MPB produces a range of precision calibration cylinders that have been designed to meet the requirements for high accuracy, competitive cost and robust construction. Traceable calibration certificates can be supplied, along with full material certification. Construction materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, titanium, polypropylene and rigid PVC. These can also be constructed to customers’ own requirements and supplied with screwed or flanged connections.
These calibration cylinders can be supplied with armour shielded covers manufactured from stainless steel, or polycarbonate.

The CP100 is ideal for use as a pump setting gauge, or pump rate checking. Materials of construction for the CP100, CP110, CP1200 and CP130 include 316 stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, titanium, hasteloy, rigid PVC and polypropylene. Capacities available for this product up to 250ml.
This is a higher capacity range of precision calibration cylinders, designed to meet the requirements for high accuracy and robust construction. These instruments are particularly suited to offshore and onshore petrochemical installations and where calibration is required for precision pump metering. Capacities available for this product up to 10,000ml.
High accuracy, low capacity calibration cylinder, designed to meet stringent customer requirements. This product range is usually supplied with threaded connections; however, flanges can be supplied if specified. Ideal for use as a low flow pump setting gauge, or pump rate checking. Materials of construction include 316 stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, titanium, hasteloy, rigid PVC and polypropylene. Capacities available for this product from 2ml through to 20ml.
This range of precision stainless steel calibration cylinders has been designed to meet the requirements of high accuracy and robust construction where metering large capacity outputs is essential. This product range can be supplied with either flanged or threaded connections and secure welded mounting brackets. This calibration cylinder can also be manufactured in RPVC or Polypropylene. Ideal for use as a pump setting gauge, or pump flow rate monitoring. Materials of construction are 316 Stainless Steel in conjunction with a polycarbonate (or borosilicate glass) fully protected sight glass. Cylinders can also be manufactured to suit customer requirements regarding materials of construction.
